Every artist in Jim's Spotify playlists, starting with Stuff of awesome, is a star. Size is how many tracks they have across the library. Stars near the middle are the well-connected heart of the playlist; the rim is where the strange stuff lives.
Lines are relationships. Each one is explained when you click it, and labelled by where it came from: Spotify (credits on a track), researched (shared members, guests, producers) or interpretation (our own reading of sound, composition, mood and tradition). The interpretations live in plain JSON files and are meant to be argued with.
